Bactoking: BIO SLURRY

Bio slurry is a liquid mix of 15+ beneficial microorganisms like Azotobacter (nitrogen fixer), PSB (phosphate solubilizer), KMB (potash mobilizer), Trichoderma (biocontrol), Pseudomonas (disease suppression), and fungi like Beauveria and Metarhizium (pest control). It enhances soil health, promotes plant growth, and protects crops naturally.

Microorganisms Present in the Slurry

1. N.P.K. Bacteria (for Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium)

2. Trichoderma V.+ H.

3. Pseudomonas

4. Bacillus

5. Paecilomyces and

6. Other Ferrous, Zinc, Silicon, Sulfur

7. V.B.M. (likely stands for Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacteria or a specific microbial consortium)

Method of Preparing the Slurry

Take 50 liters of water and soak the 1.5 kg packet in it sequentially. Add 1 kg of jaggery and 500 grams of besan (gram flour) powder. Stir it 2-3 times a day. The slurry will be ready after 4-5 days.

Method of Using the Slurry

The prepared slurry can be released into 150 liters of water and applied once every month through a drip system or flood irrigation.

(Tip: Stir the slurry with a stick each time before use).

Do not use it along with chemical fertilizers. Prepare and apply 200 liters of slurry for one acre.

Benefits of Using the Slurry

1. Nematodes are controlled. White roots (healthy root growth) increase.

2. Results in more tillers/shoots, more flowers, and more fruits.

3. Complete uptake of manure and micronutrients present in the soil is facilitated.

4. The growth of pathogenic fungi in the soil is inhibited and it also controls insects/pests.

5. Improves soil texture.

6. As it contains a consortium of 15 bacteria, the health of the soil is sustained in all aspects.
